"I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Roslyn. Her support during my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum was invaluable, and I will forever be grateful to her for playing such an important role in my empowered birth. She was there for me whenever I had questions or fears. She was there to offer me calm, confident, and affirming support when I had to make a tough decision regarding an induction. She was always on my team, treating me like a queen and making me feel like a goddess.
If Roslyn wasn't in the room with me when I was giving birth at the hospital, I'm not sure if I would have had the audacity to follow my instincts so fiercely, and have no fear when getting into positions to push that none of those doctors were ready for LOL. The power of choice and autonomy over one's birth experience is not something that comes easily in a hospital setting. But with Roz by my side, I knew I could do anything.
It was the most incredible experience of my life, and I highly recommend this calm, strong, confident, knowledgeable queen as your doula.
PS, her belly massages are TO DIE FOR."

"Roslyn has supported me far above and beyond throughout my pregnancy, my labor and postpartum. She is the most kind, generous and grace-filled doula. I always thought I would only want me and Pat in the delivery room. Having Ros there was the best decision. She supported both of us and helped us find joy and power and grace in every moment. Her photos of my birth and labor show an empowered and smiling mother and she is largely to thank."

"I was so excited to have met Roslyn and use her as my birth photographer when Fletcher was born! It wasn’t the birth ANYONE had planned. As he came so fast no one made it to me in time except my mom with 5 minutes to spare. Fletcher was born in the most awkward spot, in my kitchen in front of my dishwasher- but into his daddy’s arms. And I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Roslyn arrived 2 minutes after he was born and jumped right into action! She did her absolute best to get photos I wanted despite the crazy circumstances and my ‘plans’ going out the window.
When she wasn’t taking pictures, she was helping me get around, cleaning things up, getting me drinks/food, and just doing way more than what she was there to do! Roslyn is patient, kind, gentle, and ultimately just went above and beyond!! I’m so blessed to have had her at our birth. She made things run so smoothly and was such a calming presence. Thank you for such awesome pictures of a crazy, hectic day that I’m still wrapping my head around<3."

"Words cannot fully capture the gratitude we feel for Roslyn's support during our pregnancy and for her presence during the birth of Augustin. From the start of my 26 hour labor to the final moments of his arrival, she was a steady and reassuring force. Her calming words and encouragement were just what I needed to keep going. And when the time finally came, it was such a sweet moment having her cut the cord! Thank you for being part of our journey, for helping us bring Auggie into the world, and for being the support we truly needed. We are endlessly grateful."

“Roslyn’s presence during the final hours of my pregnancy was truly irreplaceable. Even with everything going on, I could not help but notice her obvious knowledge, confidence, and passion for assisting women through their labor. She took such an active role in interacting with the nurses on my behalf, asking questions I would not have thought to ask, and even moving all our overpacked bags from the labor room, to the delivery room, and finally—to the mama/baby room; Roslyn understood what was important to me during my labor and delivery and used her skills to capture those moments. She made us laugh, made us feel at ease, and was an empathetic presence I felt completely comfortable having during the private moments of my labor and delivery; it was such a blessing to have found her, and even the staff commented on how capable and caring she was. Roslyn truly has a vocation — a gift and calling to do this type of work — and it is plainly seen in the exuberance on her face as she goes about her craft. My husband and I look forward to keeping in touch with Roslyn and using her services as we build our family.”

"My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Roslyn as our doula, and she went above and beyond in every way. From our very first meeting at the park, we could tell how thoughtful and caring she was. She brought her two daughters, who were so friendly and played with our two sons, making the meeting more enjoyable and giving us the chance to talk in peace. She was so thoughtful to even bring snacks for my boys as well.
Roslyn was an incredible source of support during labor, standing by us and helping ensure our birth plan was followed despite some pushback from the doctors and nurses. She gave us the confidence to advocate for ourselves, and we are so grateful for her guidance in those moments.
One of the things we appreciated most was her extensive knowledge of holistic approaches to pain relief and delivery. She introduced us to techniques using essential oils, ambient sounds, rollers, different positions, and stretches that made a huge difference. These methods helped me manage the pain naturally and avoid needing an epidural or unnecessary hospital interventions.
Another special touch was how Roslyn captured beautiful photos and videos during the hospital stay. We received them very quickly after the birth, and they were simply amazing. Having those memories to look back on means so much to us.
Throughout the entire process, Roslyn made us feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Her calming presence, expertise, and genuine kindness made this experience truly unforgettable. We cannot recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a supportive, compassionate doula. I can honestly say my birth would not have been the same without her. We would absolutely have her again if we have another child."

"It’s taken me quite some time to put into words how your presence at my birth felt. Going into motherhood felt exciting but also daunting. I think back to seeing your name on Brooke’s sheet often and how the minute I saw your Instagram I knew you were the doula for me.
Labor is hazy but there were many times I remember you stepping in and advocating for me when I couldn’t for myself. When I truly felt like I was at the end and I couldn’t go on I remember you being at the side of my bed, reminding me I can do this. When I really was at the end and it felt like I was robbed of the birth I wanted, you didn’t try and fix it. You just cried with me and held space for that. Just having you in the room brought more calm and reassurance for me.
In those 40+ hours you were there you stepped into a role you didn’t even realize. I thought I needed my mom, but I really just needed another mother- a woman who did this before and knew how much it took. How much you truly need to surrender. So while it wasn’t the birth I wanted, it showed me just how much I can go on even when I think I’m at the end of myself. I honestly can’t think of a more fitting lesson to hold while becoming a mother.
Thank you for being my “mother” in those hours. I will always be so endlessly grateful and pray that one day I get to have you alongside another birth- at home and disturbed. I think it would end with us both crying again, but for a much happier reason."

"Roslyn played a very important part in my pregnancy and the birth of my daughter. I was diagnosed with hypertension towards the end of my pregnancy and she helped me navigate it with a food guide and tea regiment. When I finally made the choice to get induced, she was beyond supportive and was there for me every step of the way. I mentally prepared myself for a unmedicated birth and Roslyn came in clutch with making my room cozy with twinkle lights and essential oils for me. She created a calm atmosphere and kept the energy light and fun for me and my husband. I ended up on Pitocin to help “move things along” and after 18hrs, Roslyn advocated for me to stop the Pitocin so I could eat, take a shower and reset. Thank goodness!! I was starving and being able to eat was everything. After a few day of labor, 2 rounds of 18hrs of Pitocin each, and my water breaking… my baby was stuck and not progressing. I had to make the hardest decision of my life and had to go in for a c-section. I was devastated. Roslyn was with me and my husband the whole time. She held my hand, hugged me, and validated me in all my feelings. She is the reason I was able to wrap my head around a c-section by reminded me that I was going to meet my baby safely and that was ALWAYS the goal. I went through more than I could have ever prepared for.. some of the moments, it was tough to go with the flow, but Roslyn was ready to pivot with me the entire time. At the end of the day, I made it through and I met my daughter! Hearing my little girl’s cry was the best moment of my life. Thank you, Roslyn for being my ROCK, my advocate, and the biggest support to not only me but my husband as well. Your calm energy and sense of humor truly helped me get through the toughest journey of my life. I can’t wait for you to be there for our next baby :)"
